MWP: Updated 01/13/2010

Starting a new party or a chapter within a state is a steep climb. Having someone to guide you in the process makes the sailing smoother than doing it by your-self. On August 2009, five state chairmen create a word document that gives new chapters tips on how to organize within their state. The word document was then converted to a power point presentation (on 01/13/2010). Helping one another is the key.

This is fantastic and we need to keep pointing new chapters to this. Might need to have contact info updated.
